The Heart of What We Do

At Northern Assist Care, we believe that high-quality disability support starts with a simple human connection. As a family-managed organization, we don’t just see 'clients'—we see individuals with unique goals, stories, and potential. We understand that inviting a support worker into your life requires immense trust. That is why our approach is rooted in deep empathy and a commitment to treat every participant with the same care and respect we would expect for our own family members.

Professional Excellence & Reliability

While our heart is in the care we provide, our foundation is built on professional rigor and unwavering standards. Led by our Managing Director and a dedicated leadership team, we pride ourselves on being more than just a service provider; we are your advocates and partners. From our meticulous compliance and administration team to our experienced client service managers, every person in our office works tirelessly to ensure your support is seamless, safe, and of the highest caliber.

A Team You Can Count On

With a dedicated workforce of over 50 support professionals, we have the scale to provide reliable, consistent care, yet we remain small enough to know your name when you call. Whether you are speaking with our reception team or coordinating your care with our specialists, you will find a group of people who are passionate, highly trained, and deeply invested in your wellbeing. We are here to provide the expert support you need and the genuine care you deserve.
